Dr. Lori A. Russell-Chapin is a Professor in the Department of Leadership in Education, Nonprofits and Counseling.  She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Wyoming. She served as the chairperson of the Department of Educational Leadership and Human Development for 11 years. Dr. Russell-Chapin is currently a co-director for the Center for Collaborative Brain Research (CCBR), a partnership among OSF Saint Francis Medical Center and the Illinois Neurological Institute.  The University of Illinois Medical Center of Peoria has joined the CCBR as a research collaboration.  Information about CCBR can be obtained at the website: http://bradley.edu/ccbr/.
