1. Fill out and send in Registration and SymptomQuestionaire

2. Schedule Brain Map Appointment

3. Receive Brain Map (1 hour) Schedule Results Follow up in 1 week

4. Review Brain Map and DiscussNeuroFeedbackTraining Schedule(typically 20 sessions twice a        week depending on symptoms)

5. Receive Brain Map after 50% of training sessions completed toreview

6. Receive Brain Map after 100% of training sessions completed

7. Exit Interview
